A4 Monthly Planner and Daily Diary



Our A4 Monthly Planner gives young people the space to plan each month to help them feel organised and focused.

The diary pages are designed for young people who just like to write freely and get their own thoughts and event down in their own style, writing as little or as much as they feel with no dates to stick to. Some young people like to write something down every day, some every few days so they can just go with their own flow!

Every other page has a little mindful focus to help them to think more mindfully and includes mindful moments, breathing techniques, quotes and questions to think about.
